ABOUT RAAH

Disability is often viewed as a physical limitation, but ignoring physical constraints is mental inability.

A concept by the disabled, aimed at empowering the disabled, RAAH is an NGO that works to empower disabled and create an accessible world. RAAH, set up by the disabled people and understands the hurdles faced by the people in the community.

Having worked in a smaller group, we now aim at extending our reach by providing assistance through various programs like custom assistance, counselling and mentoring, and recognising talents and serving as a comprehensive platform that recognises, understands and addresses problems faced by the disabled.

Our Initiatives

Counselling

RAAH offers professional counselling to help people with disabilities to overcome the anxiety and feeling of being left out.

Rehabilitation

ย We intend to offer mentally and physically challenged people with a rehabilitation center where they spend time with the community, get medical help and get away from confinement.

Mentoring

RAAH identifies the stigma and offers professional guidance so future generations know about the options they have and explore the world ahead.ย

Educating

We believe that education is the basic right of a human being; no individual should have to let go of education because of accessibility. We provide assistance (financial, guidance, assistance and motivation) for disabled to fulfil their dream to study.

Networking

We aim at strengthening our community by meeting and getting to know people with similar struggles and exchange experiences. We intend to reflect and broaden our abilities and innovation by building stronger relations with people in the community.

Inclusive Travel

Disability should never be a limitation for the wandering soul and we make efforts to bring down the physical barriers and help disabled travel with ease.
